It’s been a crazy few months! Thank you so much for joining us on this part of our journey…a new beginning, the response has been nothing short of amazing and we’re just as excited as you are!
Firstly we apologise. We promised to launch in Spring and it’s early Summer and we’ve yet to launch – we know you’ve been waiting and can understand you being upset maybe a bit nervous – we’re sorry.
Why have we not launched yet?
We’ve been working hard to make sure our new beauty club is an amazing experience for you and it’s taking us longer than expected. So to give us enough time and ensure you get the experience you deserve, we are finally setting our launch for Autumn time.
What happens to your year subscription if you joined us a few months ago?
It stays a year until we launch. So whether you ordered 6 months ago or 6 days ago, that secures your year’s subscription with us, and it starts when we launch, not when your ordered – you won’t miss out on a thing.
What will first arrive through your letterbox in Autumn?
Now that will be telling! We won’t be sending boxes out. We will send out new beauty releases. These maybe individuals or a small collection, brand new, catered to your profile, yet to hit the market and you get to try it first. You’ll get 3 to 4 of these a year.
How long will our prelaunch offer be available?
It will be available until we launch or until we hit our members cap. We’ve received overwhelming interest in our new club, we are so grateful – thank you! So we may have to close the offer and subscriptions early, before we launch so we can focus on delivering an amazing experience to all our beautiful members. So for now, you can still join us here.
