When we first set out to reinvent our platform, we had a vision to create a brand-new beauty experience that girls of all hues would love. It was something that excited us to the core.
With the response that we received from you, we could tell you felt the same way and we are so grateful for your feedback, support and trust in us.
Over the past year we’ve been working hard to bring all the pieces together that would make this experience great and we announced our launch date with full faith that it all would be ready to go.
We pride ourselves on transparency and we always wanted to keep you in the loop with all that’s been happening along the way and so it really saddens us to share with you that we have had to postpone our launch indefinitely.
Does that mean we are launching 26th October 2018? We’re afraid it does not. Why? To be transparent, the project just did not come together.
In our commitment to you, we worked for as long as we could, before we had to decide it would only be right to offer refunds right away, which you should have already received or will be receiving shortly.
We can totally understand how disappointed you may be feeling right now, we feel the same way. We don’t know what the future may hold, however right now, this is the best way to move forward for everyone.
We also want to confirm that your data has not been sold or passed on to any 3rd party. It has stayed safe with us and won’t be going anywhere, whatsoever.
